Planning grant PWM

Contribution to the development of a project proposal for the EGP programme. Activities: Preparing invitation for all partners for the planning workshop Sending invitation to all partners Preparing TOR for facilitator and engaging the facilitator Conduct planning workshop Preparing report or final proposal for IUCN NL EGP Compile final technical and financial report for IUCN NL EGP

PWM conducted a 5 days planning workshop with other partners and the end result was a revised project proposal to IUCN NL EGP. Not all key partners did attend but its not clear who did and who didn't.
